Farmers’ Convergence
We were honored to donate and pour two of our favorite wines from Mendocino County at the 2026 Farmers’ Convergence mixer hosted by the School of Adaptive Agriculture at the UC Hopland Research & Extension Center along with some of our friends and neighbors.
The weekend brought together farmers, educators, researchers, food producers, nonprofits and partners for three days of activities celebrating the land, workers, and the community that is nourished by these efforts.
The main event, The Farmers’ Convergence, now in its 11th year, took place on Saturday, Feb 21 on the beautiful grounds of the University of California Extension in Hopland. The day included a keynote panel of leaders from across industries highlighting the future of food systems in Mendocino County, including Farm to School, West Business Development Center, and the new Food Policies and Promotions department at the School of Adaptive Agriculture. Lunch was catered by the amazing duo at Bee the Change Microfarm and breakout sessions in the afternoon divided the 60+ attendees between a selection of workshops, hikes and more.
The networking mixer, where we poured our Anderson Valley Pinot Noir and our Mendocino Vermentino featured delicious bites from Black Dog Farm + Catering and an oyster bar by Little Dory Seafood Co. Frey was on hand with their biodynamic wines, along with libations from Northspur Brewing Co and fresh kombucha by Mendo Ferments.
